Gus Francis is a partner in the firm's Corporate Finance Department and a member of the Lease Finance Group. He has been practicing law since 1995 when he joined Chapman and Cutler LLP. He has experience in a variety of corporate financing transactions, including private placements (secured and unsecured debt), real estate and equipment financings and lease finance programs, with a concentration in railroad equipment finance. Mr. Francis has been involved in numerous cross-border, leveraged, single-investor and synthetic lease transactions involving a variety of assets and represented financial institutions and lessees in public and private financings. Mr. Francis is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. |
